GAPONE had been live for nearly a year on a poor outsourced design — inconsistent patterns drove 68% user confusion, and 80% of customers found segmentation so complex that sales had to run it on their behalf. There were no business requirements, specs or design guidelines to build on. It had to unify scattered messaging, segmentation and campaign tools into one coherent, approachable product for non-technical marketers — on a design system that could ship features and tailored client demos fast.
I structured the platform into clear task areas — segmentation, campaigns, loyalty, mini-games, chatbot — around how SME marketers actually work.
- Unified omni-channel messaging into one operating surface — SMS, ZNS, Email, Viber, WhatsApp and WebPush.
- Designed tree-structure customer segmentation with drag-and-drop AND/OR logic, and a node-based visual chatbot builder — templates for beginners, conditional logic for power users.
I built a component system that powered a rapid UI showcase and fast, tailored client demo builds.
